Renovation Celebration

We’re rolling out the welcome mat – and the red carpet – for our Renovation Celebration! Join us on Saturday, September 13, from 12 PM to 4PM at our Milltown Adoption Center for a day of fun, cats, and community.

After more than a decade, our kitty residents have moved into brand-new, state-of-the-art cat enclosures – and we can’t wait for you to see them! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors and the tireless work of our volunteers, we’ve upgraded to Midmark’s top-of-the-line housing.

• 14 total enclosures (up from 11), increasing our capacity to care for 20 cats
• Cat Towers® for roomy, comfortable shared spaces
• A Raintree Cat Condo® with four distinct living areas
• Features like tempered glass doors, better ventilation, and easy-to-clean surfaces – keeping cats healthier and caregivers happier

This rain-or-shine celebration includes:

• Guided tours of our new enclosures
• Meet-and-greets with a few of our adoptable cats
• Live music and entertainment from MAGIC 98.3
• A ribbon-cutting ceremony with Milltown Mayor George Murray
• Children’s activities, light refreshments, and a special visit from our friendly cat mascot (weather permitting)

Parking is available in the Milltown Adoption Center lot or on JFK Boulevard.
